- Flat $1,295 on vehicles retailing under $30,000, 6% above that. Disclosed and signed before we take the keys. No photography charge, no listing charge, no storage charge. If we recommend recon, you approve the estimate in writing or we skip it.
- I still owe on it. Does that kill the deal?
- Not at all — roughly half our consignments have a lien. We get a 10-day payoff quote from your lender, pay them directly at closing, and send you the difference. If you're upside down, we'll tell you the gap number up front so nobody's surprised.
- Who holds the title, and can I still drive it?
- Title stays in your name until it sells; we just need it in hand (or the lender's payoff letter) before we list. The car lives on our lot so buyers can see and drive it, covered by our garage policy. Need it back? Give us a call — it's your car, and you can pull it any time.
- How long does it usually take?
- Our consignment units averaged 24 days last year. Priced at market with good photos, trucks and three-row SUVs often go in under two weeks. Priced above market because you love your car more than the market does, it can sit — we'll show you the data and let you decide.
- Will you drop the price without telling me?
- No. Every price change and every offer comes to you for approval. We send you a short weekly note with views, leads and where comparable units are landing. You always know exactly where your car stands.
